Independent roofers

Any roofer you are introduced to is an independent business. It is responsible for assessing your property, proposing its work and standing behind that work. Read its scope, price, payment stages and any warranty it offers before you agree to anything, and check its claims for yourself. We do not make warranties, arrival promises or insurance decisions on a roofer's behalf.

Information on this site

The guides give general homeowner information drawn from the public sources each page cites. They are not a property inspection, legal advice or an insurance decision. A roofer has to inspect the roof to say what work it needs, and questions about your own policy go to your insurer. Stay off the roof and leave that to a professional.
