What the form collects

When you send a request, we collect:

• your ZIP code;
• what you need, in your own words;
• a photo, if you choose to add one;
• the page you sent the request from, the time it was sent and your consent to be contacted about it.

Please leave identity documents, payment details and unrelated personal information out of the description and photo.

How we use and share it

We use the details to respond to your roofing request and to pass it to the independent local roofer handling it. That roofer receives what it needs to contact you and assess the job. Requests are stored privately, and access is limited to the people and services needed to run the site and handle requests. A roofer who receives your request handles its copy under its own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We delete request details 12 months after our last contact with you.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you sent, email [email protected]. Tell us the name and phone number used on the request so we can find it.

Changes

If the way we collect or share request details changes, we will update this notice before the change takes effect.
