What the site includes
We want every homeowner to be able to read the guides and send a request. The site includes:
- a skip link to the main content;
- headings in a logical order;
- labeled form fields with error messages linked to each field;
- visible focus outlines for keyboard users;
- a Back control on the two-step form, and form fields that stay visible without JavaScript;
- layouts that adapt to narrow screens, and respect for reduced-motion settings.
A photo is never required to describe a roofing problem.
Report a problem
If a page, control or passage is hard to use, tell us which page and what went wrong. You can send that through the form on the contact page, or email [email protected] if the form itself is the problem. We will work on a fix and help you send your request another way.
